1. Payment Terms

To confirm any booking with FlyNest Tours:

• 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 70% must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
• For air tickets, 100% payment is required upfront at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit Card. A 2% surcharge applies on Credit Card payments.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days before your travel date:

• 30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation fee.
• 15 to 29 days before travel: 30% cancellation fee.
• 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% non-refundable.
• Flight cancellations are subject to the respective airline's cancellation policy and may carry additional charges.

3. General Terms & Conditions

• Hotel rates and room availability are subject to change at the time of booking confirmation.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 11:00 hrs. Early/late check-in or check-out is subject to hotel availability and may carry additional charges.
• FlyNest Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transporters, and activity providers. We are not liable for any delays, alterations in the program, or additional expenses incurred due to weather conditions, flight cancellations, road closures, political situations, sickness, or any force majeure events.
• All prices quoted are per person and inclusive of the services mentioned in the itinerary only.
• Any personal expenses, tips, or services not listed in the itinerary are at the guest's own cost.
• FlyNest Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary if circumstances beyond our control require it. Any substitute service arranged will be of a comparable standard.
• All disputes are subject to Surat Jurisdiction only.

4. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Guests are solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for their destination. FlyNest Tours can assist with visa guidance but is not responsible for any visa rejections or denials.
