• 30% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 70% must be paid at least 15 days before departure.
• For flights, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit Card (2% surcharge applies on Credit Card).

Cancellation fees depend on how far in advance you cancel:

• 30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation fee.
• 15 to 29 days before travel: 30% cancellation fee.
• 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% non-refundable.
• Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the respective airline's policy.

Each package clearly lists what is included. In general, our packages cover:

• Hotel accommodation as per the itinerary (twin/double sharing basis)
• Daily breakfast (additional meals included where stated)
• All transfers and transport as listed (private cab, coach, ferry, seaplane, etc.)
• Sightseeing and entry tickets as listed in the itinerary
• A dedicated trip coordinator reachable via phone/WhatsApp during your trip

Airfare from your home city, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.

We recommend booking at least 30 to 45 days in advance for domestic packages, and 60 to 90 days in advance for international packages — especially for peak travel seasons (October–January, April–June). This ensures hotel availability and better pricing on flights. For last-minute bookings, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

We can add or remove destinations, upgrade hotels, change transport options, or build a completely new itinerary from scratch. Yes, we provide visa guidance and documentation support for most popular international destinations such as Bali, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Europe, and more. We help you with the correct document checklist and application process. However, visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate, and FlyNest Tours is not responsible for any visa rejections.
